10 CTB Pullups (scale = strict banded chin-over-bar pullups, extreme novice = ring rows)
10 Back Squats, 135/95*
10 Dips (rx = ring, scale = matador/banded matador, extreme novice = HR pushup)

*No racks. Scales are 115/75 and 95/65.

I *think* I did 6 rounds, but i’m not sure.
