A. 5x5-7 Wide Grip Pull-ups or Inverted Rows

B. 5x8-10 KB Press (from bench)

C. 5x20 Banded Rows

WOD: 10 min AMRAP
60 Burpees
30 OH Squats 115/90
10 Muscle-Ups/C2B

Movements: , , , , , , ,

My Result

A. First set was on the rig, then switched to rows. Did sets of 7 on the rings

B. Set of 8: Pink, Blue, Yellow, Yellow, Yellow (35)

C. Got 2 sets in using Blue

WOD: 1 Rd + 15 Burpees. Used 73# for the OHS and did C2B pull-ups.

Afterwards thought I should have gone Rx’d on the OHS.
