My Result

DL (320->288 / 275 -> 248) <– 275 represents actual DL #, had been using the first estimated percentages..  Tried using actual percentages and came up with these:

70% 173 x3
80% 203 x3
90% 223 x9

WOD:  fire alarm went off right before starting so we moved outside and subbed as follows:

400m run (instead of row)
30 V-ups (instead of t2b)
40 slam balls
50 DU
60 g2o
