The Workout

Strength: Arm Bar Stretch

Mobility Work, then

WOD:  14 min EMOM:
Odd: 5 C2B Pull-ups
Even: 3 HSPUs (deficits with 45# plates)

This was the WOD on Monday 131209

My Result

Arm Bar: up to 35#

WOD: complete — I did  neutral  HSPUs (25# plate + abmat) and was able to complete the work for each round in about 15-20 seconds.  Tried deficit HSPUs one round but it was too taxing.

Not an overly challenging WOD, but a good time to work on form.  Felt much better about the C2B pull-ups — worked on a wider grip and did them all with an overhand grip (not switched).
