Strength, Skill & Fortitude:  The Seven
Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135/95/75/45 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245/185/155/135 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood/1.5 pood/1 pood (70lbs/55lbs/35lbs)
7 Pull-ups (deadhang, kipping, or jumping, no band)

Dessert:  It’s Friday! Eat!

My Result

37:34 with the following scales:

HSPUs: 2 ab mats
Thrusters: 75#
K2E: rx’d
DL: 155#
Burpees: rx’d
KB: Purple — 44#, i think?
Pull-ups: after kipping the first round, I switched to the blue band (I didnt’ know we weren’t suppose to use bands… doh!).

I did each set unbroken, except for the pull-ups. The thrusters were the worst.
