E. Deadlift (DOH grip) RPE 9/5, then RPE 9/10

F. Tuck Up + V-up + Hollow Rock (30+30+30)3

G. 2 minute pigeon pose, each side

this was sooo tough, i need to work on pulling torso upright, improved dorsal flexion

B. Snatch
25, 29, 32, 35, 38, 42, 45, 48, then __ 50, 50, 50, 50 (110#)

C. Cl + J
35, 39, 43, 48, 53, 58, 63, 65,68, then 70, 70, 70, 70 (161#)

D. 55, 60 65, then 70, 70, 70 (161#)

E. Deadlift both at 70 (161#)

F. Core work: check (2 rounds)
