My Result
Snatch: I was a space cadet and didn’t use the time to work up to a heavy snatch — went up to 73# and stopped, thinking only about the WOD and not general snatch work.
Randy: 11:44 @63# — 6 seconds faster and 10# heavier than last Jan, but 2+ minutes slower (and 10# heavier) than March.
Dessert: 100 abmat situps in 3:59 — 18 seconds faster than last time.
