Power: Pull-ups
1A: 3 x max effort banded pullups, use a band that you can get at least five on the first set
1B: Single leg BW balanced Deadlifts 2 x 8-10
1A: 3 x max effort pullups
1B: Single leg BW KB/Barbell Deadlifts 2 x 8-10
1A: 3 x max effort Weighted Pullups
1B: Single leg BW Barbell Deadlifts 2 x 8-10
1C: Banded Face Pulls, 2 x 15

WOD: 20 Minute AMRAP Partner Workout

50 Ground to overhead 115/75
40 Front Lunges
30 Wallballs
20 Burpees

Pull-ups (load): 11 (5,3,3)

DL: just the barbell. Should have added load but focused on mechanics.

WOD: 1+27
Partnered with Kasey, who carried me. I was feeling very slow and rundown this am. Did a combo of cleans and snatches.
