C. Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (RPE 8.5/1+1+2)3

D. 40 Strict Pull-ups

E. Squat + Squat Tempo 0|3|0|0  (RPE 9/9+1)3

F. 30 Back Levers/Dragonflags

A. Snatch  (8.5/3) 3

15, 18, 25, 35, then.. 40, 40 ,40  (88#)

B. Sots – 15k (empty bar)

Really struggle with this.  need to work on rolling hips, lats, pecs

C. Cl + FS + J

35, 40, 45, 55, then 60, 60, 60

D. 40 strict pull-ups  – done (took a while)

E. Back Squats with tempo:  55, 60, 65, 65

F. 40 pullups – check

G. Dragonflags — did 10
