150 Wall balls (M: 20lbs to 10′; W: 14lbs to 9′)

Movements: Deadlift, Double Unders, Wall Balls
My Result
DL: 153, I think? Was not focused on load, but form. Neutral neck is something I need to pay attention to.WOD: 211 — finished WB in 7:04 which is a killer PR for me, previous best was 9:48.
Was not thrilled to see this posted today (yay, Karen… AGAIN), but decided to harden up and give it my all.
DUs still trip me up, so I only got 61 done before time — woulda loved to have cranked through them.
Last year when I did this workout, I only got 132 WB before time, so I am super psyched with my performance today!
