Strength: Deadlift (25 min)
75% x 5
85% x 3
95% x max reps (TO FAILURE! )

WOD: “Death by 10m Carry”

2 x 1om minute 2
3 x 1om minute 3
4 x 1om minute 4
Double Farmers Carry, make it HEAVY. Two big sandbags? 200# of Jerry cans? 150#? 105# of KBs? It’s intended to be HARD.
continue as long as you are able to complete the number of sprints that corresponds to the round number.

When complete, rest 30 seconds then all out 400m sprint.

My Result

DL: 243x3  (used TM 285/257WM)

Was focused on good technique, all the way up to my last set when I started thinking about how heavy it was and my form promptly suffered. Neutral neck!

Carry: 7 with 2 green (106#) — was a few steps shy of finishing 8… shoulda gone harder!
