BS: 193# (203F, 193, 203F) -10
SP: 83# (73, 78, 83) +5 PR!
DL: 253# (253, 258F, didn’t try a 3rd) -5

CFT: 529

I was supposed to stay light because of the upcoming Cold War competition, but I had a hard time not going for it.   Skipping the 3rd DL attempt was my version of taking it easy :).  Taking the rest of the week off so I don’t overdo it.
