Complete an entire ‘Tabata’ of each movement before moving to the next.

My Result

Cleans: 113 worked on heavy doubles.

Went up to 123 but didn’t get 2 in a row. Still need to work on full extension before shrugging.

WOD: 171 (Shuttle: 40, Pushups: 51, Balls: 80)
