My Result
Cleans: worked up to 125, felt good.WOD: 11:30 rx’d.
I should have pushed a little harder on the cleans to string more together, but truly it was the ring dips that get me. Did power cleans and felt pretty good on form. Haven’t done elizabeth before, but the last time I did a wod with 95# cleans I struggled, so this was a big improvement for me.
