Back Squat, Split squats, Monday 130805


Skills & Strength:Back Squat: 15 minutes
Intensity: HBBS (wear your lifting shoes)
6 x 3 @ 80%

ALL: Bulgarian Split Squats
3 x 8 pairs

Fortitude: 8 Rounds for Time
10 Lateral Box Jumps
5 chest to bar pullups

Dessert: 30 GHD Situps for time

My Result

HBBS: worked at 153.. prolly should have done 163 as 153 was mangeable

BSS:  BW, then + 10#, + 25# plates

WOD: 11:09 rx’d

Lateral Box jumps were freaky, never did them before but glad to master them (20″).  C2B:  the key for me was to do them as singles with a reverse grip.
