L-Sits: 24, 12 WOD: 20:38 rx’d weight, but subbed 500m rows instead of run (sore achilles) My previous best was in the 16min range, so either I’m way out of shape, or the rows took a lot more out of me (or, more likely: both). Did all my squats unbroken. Good to be back...
WOD: 16:31 rx’d. Got all my sets unbroken. I was going to go with the 63#, but then saw Danna had added the .75# plates to bring it up to 65 so I figured I better follow suit. Fun Friday night WOD!
Nancy: 11:23 — 3 rounds @63#. Rds 1 & 3 were unbroken. Now that I’ve got one Nancy under my belt, I’ll run and squat with the big dogs next time.
