8:41 rx’d Partnered with Danna who took on more than her fair share. Twas a lot of fun. Medball sit-ups (14#er) — We stopped at 200 cuz it seemed like Chef wanted to turn off the lights and go home or something.
Fran: my first time rx’d and Ben let me finish… 11:25 I was disappointed to not finish faster but totally ran out of gas. Thrusters were ok, but pull-ups killed me. Got 11 consecutive on the first round (despite telling myself I would do sets of 7..) and then had nothing left after that....
WOD: 7:33! 63# bar, red+purple bands I was so excited to see this workout posted and looking forward to it! Right up until Chef said 3-2-1 go. Major improvement over last time, when I was -18 at cut-off, with 53# bar and blue+red+purple bands.
WOD: -18 at 10 min cutoff 53# thrusters Used a rainbow of blue + red + purple bands on the pull-ups Started w/blue +purple, then went to blue + red, but by the end needed all 3 — darn you dead hang pull-ups!
