Bench x5: warm-up w/33, 63, then: 83, 93, 103, 113, 123 Cindy: 15+2 rx’d PR! So jazzed about this! Felt really good, esp on pull-ups (kipping). Got them unbroken up to rd 13, i think. Push-ups were the big challenge
Chelsea: 18 Rds in ~25min. I stopped then due to a partial tear. Side note: 15 Rds in 20 is a Cindy PR! Note: morning classes were instructed to complete every round… so by round 3 or 4, this was no longer EMOM but simply get the work done best as you can.

WOD: My time was either 19:20 or 19:30 — I couldn’t read Ben’s handwriting, so I’m going with the shorter time :p I used blue + purple bands for pull-ups, did push-ups on toes. I was feeling tired, but glad I made it in.
