Sweet & Salty Fudge Bombs

I was looking for something paleo-ish and desserty to bring to our gym’s post-challenge party and saw these and thought they fit the bill. What’s nice is they don’t contain added sugar/sweetners, although the dates bring plenty of sweet to the table.
I pretty much followed the recipe exactly as written, except that I doubled it. I didn’t have fancy schmancy cocoa powder, I just used good ole Hershey’s.
Verdict: I thought they were quite tasty. They are not as sweet as a traditional dessert, but sweet enough to satisfy a paleo palate. With the salted ones, my salt granules were a little too small, so I had to take care not to over salt them. Just sprinkling a few grains on did the trick.
