We had a super busy week with spring school and sports activities ramping up.  Here’s what we ate:

Sunday — White Bean Chicken Chili

Monday — Pakistani Kima Beef Curry

Tuesday — Sweet & Tangy Bacon & Egg Salad

Wednesday — Shrimp Tacos

ThursdayChicken Enchiladas
Note not paleo but really yummy.

Friday — TBD/Cheat Night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
