Menu Plan Monday 3/19

This past week, the kids and hubby put together the menu and did the shopping since I was out of town over the weekend.  Apologies for the lack of links, it was all pretty basic.  Here’s what they came up with:

Sunday — leftovers

MondaySimple Roasted Salmon + Roasted Asparagus + Tomato Cucumber Feta Salad
This is a really simple easy meal to throw together.  I drizzle the salmon and asparagus with garlic infused olive oil, season with salt and pepper and put both in the oven at 425 for about 10 minutes.

Tuesday — Balsamic Pork Chops + Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/Bacon

Wednesday — Breakfast for Dinner:  Kodiak Cake Waffles + Omelets

Thursday — Hamburgers + Sweet Potato Fries / Tater Tots (store bought) + Sauteed Mushrooms

Friday — TBD/Cheat Night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
