Menu Plan Monday 2/27

Here’s this week’s plan:

Sunday — We had an amazing meal at Kogiya Korean BBQ!  Here’s a recipe I might try at home soon:
Bulgogi (contains soy sauce, brown sugar)

Monday — Costco Turkey Burgers  + Alexa Sweet Potato Fries + Tomato Cucumber Feta Salad
Sometimes you just need an easy meal.

Tuesday — 1985 Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
Not paleo but 100% delicious!

Wednesday — Paleo Italian Meatballs over Spaghetti Squash + Salad

Thursday — Fish Tacos

Friday — TBD/Cheat Night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
