Here’s what we were eating last week. A couple of standing favorites (jerk chicken & spaghetti) along with a few new dishes. Thumbs up on the jambalaya!
Sunday — Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Note: contains rice. I may try adapting this to use in my Instant Pot.
Monday — Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Bowls
Tuesday — Hearty Spaghetti Sauce over Spaghetti Squash + Salad
Wednesday — Indonesian Pork Tenderloin + Broccoli
Sauce contains soy sauce, peanut butter and mango chutney. Not exactly paleo.
Thursday — Eye of Round + Skillet Veggies (green beans)
Friday — TBD/Cheat Night
Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
