Menu Plan Monday 2/6

February already?  Time flies!  Here’s this week’s plan:

Sunday — Paleo Texas Chili + non-paleo Jiffy cornbread

Monday — Pressure Cooker Tikka Masala

TuesdayPaleo Italian Meatloaf + Salad
I’m going to do a blend of italian sausage and ground beef.

WednesdayPeruvian Style Grilled Whole Chicken + Green Beans
This recipe is so good I can’t even tell you.

Thursday — Dominos & Dirt for a belated birthday celebration (sorry, not paleo!)

Friday — TBD/Cheat Night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
