Last week our whole family (save one) succumbed to the stomach flu. Thankfully it was short-lived, but it did throw a wrench in the cooking and blogging. Trying to get back on track this week. Here’s this week’s paleo/primal menu.
Monday — Paleo Onion Soup Burgers w/Sauteed Mushrooms and Sweet Potato Fries
Tuesday — Tex Mex Grilled Chicken + Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/Bacon
Wednesday — Grilled Marinated Flank Steak + Salad
Will sub coconut aminos for soy sauce
Thursday — Honey Balsamic Salmon + green beans
Friday — TBD / Cheat day
