Last week’s meal plan worked out pretty well – we actually ate everything I planned, although a power outage from a storm Thursday, had us at ZPizza that night.
This week, here’s the plan:
- Tonight: Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Thighs (using Wegmans Asian BBQ Sauce) + Zucchini and possibly corn on the cob
- Cashew Chicken with rice
- RR Sloppy Joes
- Rookie Cookie’s Shrimp Tacos
- Pasta TBD – maybe back of the Barilla box with tomatoes and basil

Oooh, I’d been looking for a shrimp taco recipe. This one sounds yummy! Have to say, your food tastes and mine seem very similar. Lots of flavor and Asian twists whenever possible. I’m so glad you’d stopped by my blog to comment — I’m subscribing to yours now!

I have to say – I go in streaks. Lots of previous weeks show our love of Tex Mex. But I was craving the stirfry this week.
