So far, this menu plan thing is working pretty good. My goal would be to make sure we have at least one meal with beef/pork, one (or more) chicken, one seafood/fish, and one veggie. These are the dinners I’m planning for this week:
- Honey Garlic Spare Ribs
- Chinese Cashew Chicken
- Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa
- Breakfast for dinner – homemade whole grain pancakes waffles, omelets and bacon
- Ham & Spinach Quiche
- Homemade Pizza
Please, can I come to your house for dinner? Those meals sound wonderful.
