My Result

Was feeling majorly fatigued, esp after the taxing am WOD. Did this w/Jason after noon but man.. I was tired.

A. Snatch Grip DLs (did not do deficits):
153×5, 173×5, 193×5 : used my straps and my numbers were scaled down from the recommended percentages

B. RDLs on 45# plates:
103, 123, 173, 153 <-- oops on set 3! Bad math had me putting on 45s... C. & D. <-- I skipped these b/c I did similar work in the AM WOD. E. Shrugs: 123, 133, 143, 153 I was so DONE after this... seriously wiped out.
