The Workout

Spring Benchmark #4, Thursday 130228

Fight Gone Bad: Three Rounds (18 min)
Judged workout. Move from each of five stations after a minute. Five-minutes of work, followed by 1 min beak. Stations are:

Wall-ball: 20#/10ft, 14#/9ft (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75#/55# (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75#/55# (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)

No break between stations, immediately move to next station and work.  One point for each rep or calorie (erg).

Always a grinder..

WOD: 238 rx’d (84 + 76 + 78) started on wall balls

The last time I did the full FGB was last August and I only got 222, so I’m pretty pleased with this.
