The Workout

Spring Benchmark #4, Thursday 130228

Spring Benchmark #4 “That was like a Fight Gone Bad…”: Three Rounds

Move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:

Wall-ball: 20#/10ft, 14#/9ft (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75#/55# (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75#/55# (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

My Result

WOD: 238 rx’d (84 + 76 + 78) started on wall balls

The last time I did the full FGB was last August and I only got 222, so I’m pretty pleased with this.
