Split Jerk, Lunge/Dip/T2B, Thursday 120920

Strength & Skill:  ME Split Jerks, 2/minute for 7 minutes

WOD: 3 Rounds
30m Walking Lunge, 45/25 overhead
10 Dips
10 toes to bar

Dessert:  PostHab: Couch Stretch/Pidgeon Pose/Ham & Achilles.

My Result

I was feeling pretty beat up last night and didn’t want to come in early, but I am so glad I did.

Split Jerk: 93, 103, 113, 113, 123, 133(f)
I made one at 133 and failed another — form was not good on it.

WOD: 10:14 rx’d

Dips were my goat — was forced to do singles in round 3. T2B I got all 10 unbroken each time. Walking lunges — did the first 2 rds unbroken, but on the last round had to stop twice.
