The Workout

"Slow Burn" 

30 yards walking lunges, then

5 Rounds:
4 wall climbs
50 Double Unders (or 100 singles)
20 jumping air squats

30 yards walking lunge

Dessert:  50 plank knee-ins (double tap 1 knee = 1 count)

My Result

Worked out with “Team Greenbrier” doing Mike’s Sat AM WOD today. WOD:  24:16 Modified the wall climbs (did not go fully vertical — hands were still about 12″ from wall) and did singles on jump rope. Plank Knee-Ins:  2:32
