WOD: 4 x Run 400m  sprint w/ 3 minute rest

Dessert:
5 x 5 Glute Ham Raise for vets
5 x 5 Good Mornings @ 95/65  for ~ 3 month athletes, empty bar for new athletes

Row: 1:51.0 (28spm)

SP: 77×0 (failed at this weight twice, it was 1# less than my PR). Got 67×3 (85%)

Run: Last rd: 1:32 (Splits: 1:20, 1:29, 1:36, 1:32)

Dessert: flunked out on the Glute Ham Raises (couldn’t get above parallel) so I switched to Good Mornings:

65 x2
85 x2

Also — got 23 consecutive Double Unders in warm-up!
