Women, +2.5lbs from last time
Men, +5lbs from last time

Conditioning: “Cindy”
AMRAP in 20 min
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Movements: , , ,

My Result

Bench x5:  warm-up w/33, 63, then:  83, 93, 103, 113, 123

Cindy:  15+2 rx’d PR!

So jazzed about this! Felt really good, esp on pull-ups (kipping).  Got them unbroken up to rd 13, i think.  Push-ups were the big challenge
