WOD: 15:21 Rx’d

When I saw this written up, I thought it sounded silly, but it was really fun. And I came in first! Felt like it played to my strengths… key was to keep moving in sets of 5 and have smooth transitions into movements.

Part B: 3 Sets Max Ring Hold
S1: :53 sec in support position (arms locked out)
S2: :15 sec in bottom of dip
S3: :38 sec in bottom of dip
