WOD/ Fortitude: “Griff”
Run 800 meters
Run 400 meters backwards
Run 800 meters
Run 400 meters backwards

Dessert:It’s Friday… EAT!

My Result

Cleans: got several at 113, some were less pretty. Not sure I got a consecutive double.

WOD: 13:07. I am fond of this WOD as it was the first Rx’d WOD I completed about a month into my Crossfit journey.

My time improved by 4:32 from last November!
