My Result

Back Squat: 62#

Double Dips:

Ring Dips: used green
Plank Knee-Ins (did not touch knee consistently)
Double Unders – had to count every skip

Time:  Did not finish, stopped at 20 minutes (completed 3 or 4?)

Supermans – 45 seconds  (maintained that time through all 5 rounds)
