Power: Clean
5 X 1 3 POSITION Power CLEAN (FLOOR, HANG, HI-HANG)

WOD: HOLLYMAN
30 rounds for time of:

5 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Handstand push-ups
225# Power clean, 1 rep (80-85% OF 1RM POWER CLEAN)

Movements: , , ,

My Result

WOD:  ~23 Rds in 30 minutes.   Completed 25 Rds in ~32   (we had loose parameters with the clock)

WBs were 14# to 10′
HSPUs used 1 abmat
Power Cleans were 113#

So, along way from Rx’d, but I felt really good about this.   Really happy with my HSPUs, haven’t worked them in a while.   I also really liked this rep scheme.
