50 Box jump, 20 inch box (all)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35/25#
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45/33#
50 Back extensions/Good Mornings with 45/33#
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

FS:  83×3, 113×3, 123×2, 143, 153, 163, 173, 178, 183, 188 — PR!

FF:  -80 at 25 min cap.

Was feeling good until I hit the K2E, then I got tired and everything fell apart.  I was completely wasted by burpees.

I did do 50 DUs after the WOD just to get the practice in.
