Workout 15.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots
100 double-unders

Men use 20-lb. ball to 10 feet, Women use 14-lb. ball to 9 feet

SCALED VARIATION:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
50 wall-ball shots
200 single-unders

Men use 20-lb. ball to 9 feet, Women use 10-lb. ball to 9 feet

My Result

15.3 SCALED: 690

🙁  So sad to have to scale this one.  I spent time trying to get a single muscle up, but do not yet have it.   Must continue to work!

Light wallballs to a lower than (my normal) standard + jumping singles was lame.   I could have repeated this workout and gotten a better score but honestly, I was not happy about it and had no interest in repeating.
