Front Squat: 5×3 83, 103, 123, 143, 153, 163

Chelsea:

Rounds 1-4 RX… but didn’t finish squats on round 4 (only got 12 done)

Rounds 5-30 completed using 3-6-9 scheme  (3 pull, 6 push, 9 squat)
