Skills: Low Bar Back Squats

3 x 70%
3 x 75%
3 x 80%
3 x 80%

WOD: 100 Hand Release Pushups for time.

Dessert: 3 minutes Hollow Rocks for Max Reps

My Result

ERG: 1:57 (? I wrote it on the board, but forgot to copy into my notebook)

Back Squats:  worked up to 165#

3×65%  = 135#
3×70% = 145#
3×75% = 155#
3×80% x2 = 165#

WOD:  9:37 rxd (toes)

HR: 65

I was not feeling on top of my game at all this morning — very sore/tired from KB hell yesterday. So I was pleasantly surprised to see my push-up time was a PR by nearly 2 minutes! (11:35 on 2/21).
