Carry 150/75lbs for 10m the first minute, 2 x 10m the second minute, 3 x 10m the third minute… until you cannot complete the required 10m carries in 1 minute. Record your best completed carries and load to comments

This was tough! I’ve been experiencing “Achilles issues” — my left one is very tight, but it seemed to get looser as I got warmer, so I stuck it out.
