Cleans - 3x 5

"The Chief"

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135/95 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Today’s WOD, courtesy of Crossfit South Arlington!

Worked on cleans first, mostly on the front end of the movement, pulling the bar correctly and exploding from the hips.

WOD:  17 Rds + 6

1:  4 rds even
2:  3 + 12
3:  3 + 8
4:  3 + 2
5:  3 + 4

Had a great time at this box, would definitely recommend it.
