CrossFit Warm-up
then:
3 Minute AMRAP of: Burpees

Strength: Overhead Squat 5-3-1-1-1

Met Con: "Isabel"
For time:
30 Snatches (135/95#)

Movements: , , ,

My Result

3min burpees: 40

OHS:  worked up to 115# x1 and had more in me but was out of time.  Would love to know how high I can really go.

Isabel:  2:45 at 63#.  Next time shall try 73#.

Dropped in at CFBB before the VT-UVA football game.  Had a great time and a good WOD.
