Yup, that was hard.

I actually felt pretty good… until I got to SDLHP. Then the gas ran out. In everything else, I pretty much maintained my count the whole way through, but on the high pulls, I started at 11 and ended up at 7. Then I had no gas left for the row, so my first round was a sucky 3, even tho I averaged over 5 cals per round overall (42)).

I’m off to my first ultimate frisbee game tonight in 4+ years, here’s hoping I don’t melt!
