Snatch Work:

A.  From floor:  1 pull + 1 hang (knee) + 1 high hang

B. Snatch Grip DL  4 x 5 (pause at knee)

C. Back Squat: 10-8-6-4-2

D: Finisher:
4 x 1min plank hold (weighted)
4 x 4 Barbell TGUs

Snatch:

A. 53, 63, 73, 73, 78, 83

B. 83, 113, 123, 133

C. 133, 138, 148, 158, 168

D:  Planks -- w/25#plate for 3 sets, last set with 35# on back.
No time for TGUs
