30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
rest EXACTLY 3 minutes between rounds
scale reps if needed to 10-15-20-25

My Result

Barbara: -125 at 40 min cutoff. (round 5, 15 pull-ups completed) Rx’d

I actually did this WOD at another gym a couple of months ago and finished in 51min. I think I was on pace to beat that time.
