Back Squats/Chest-Toes-to-bar, Wallballs & Dbl Unders, Monday 111205

Skill: Front Squat

55% x 3
65% x 3
75% x >3 (maximum reps)

12 minute AMRAP
3 each, Alternating:

Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
5 Wallball Shots, 20#
10 Double-Unders

Dessert:  40 Hip Extensions

My Result

Happy to be back at the “box” after the weekend off.

FS: 93# x 5. I actually like front squats better than back but wasn’t as high on the weight.

WOD: 4 rounds + 9; used green band, 20# WB at 8′. My first time doing Toes-to-Bar, was psyched to see I could do it — when I first started I could only do knees to waist high!

Despite other areas of weakness, I was stoked to crank out 40 Hip Extensions, with one break.
