Deadlift (300-> 270) 65% 173 x5 75% 203 x5 85% 233 x8 WOD: 19:04 rx This was a tough grueling chipper!  TrainTown was a nice, small box to drop in at while in Ashland.   I would definitely check them out again.

12 Days of Christmas WOD: 49:18 rx I made up this version — it was a good kick in the pants!  lots of shoulder intensive work from #s 1, 2, 3, and 5. OHS really killed me at the end, as did the HSPU and ring dips.  BUT, I look forward to doing this...

Diane: 12:52 rx! 100 Situps: 3:23 Did this with Laura after class — she encouraged me to grind it out on the hspus and not scale.  So happy to have done it rx’d! Did all DLs unbroken, as expected hspu took forever, but I took my time and didn’t get flustered.
